Evaluation Process

Our professional Landmen & Mineral Managers will visit with you and learn more about the interests that you own. We will request some information such as recent royalty check stubs, and will want to understand how you received the ownership (inheritance, purchase, etc...), and then we will undertake additional research into the title.

Our engineering and geologic staff will investigate the mineral and royalty interests and run it through several advanced economic models. The models will make guesses about commodity prices and guesses about future revenues and we will analyze these results, decide to take a business risk, and make you an offer to purchase all or a portion of the interest today.
